Borochov, Givatayim

The quiet atmosphere, the proximity to Tel Aviv and easy access to major highways (Elite junction in Ramat Gan and Tel Aviv Central Railway) helped turn the Borochov neighborhood to one of the leading and desirable neighborhoods in Givatayim. In the neighborhood, which once held the first arms cache of “Hahaganah”, a Jewish paramilitary organization in the British Mandate of Palestine, LAZ-ROM developed four buildings combining 50 luxurious apartments with unique specifications.
